September 15, 2002 Meeting
Meeting was held on September 15, 2002 at 1:15 pm. Reverend Tada started the meeting by leading the group in Gassho.
Promotion items were discussed, and action items assigned. Some items discussed include pre-printed pens, onion "dolls", IOBT choir song, Banner, Advertising in other bulletins, Advertising in Portland's convention booklet, FRCC flyers, and the iobt.org Web site.
October 13, 2002 Meeting
Meeting was held on October 13, 2002 at 12:35 pm. Meeting minutes from the September 15 meeting were approved.
It was decided that Randy Kameshige would order the pre-printed pens, a paper banner would be ordered, a donation made to Portland for their bulletin, and a Web site created. The Committee needs a spokesperson to promote the convention at Portland's convention banquet.
